VROSol stands for Virtual Radiation Oncology Solutions. Led by Alek Rapchak, an ABR board-certified medical physicist (certified 2019), alongside ABR-certified physicist partners and AAMD board-certified dosimetrists.
Remote-first and documentation-driven, aligned to your clinic’s QA policies. For some partners we are the entire remote physics program. For others we integrate with an on-site physicist — easing their workload while they keep local oversight. Physics packages scale with department volume so you’re not paying for idle coverage. We assign several physicists to each site, so coverage continues without vacation gaps or single-person dependency.
Systems: Primary proficiency in Eclipse/Aria; experienced with RayStation, Pinnacle, and Mosaiq. Deep Oncentra brachytherapy planning experience — remote HDR planning for routine and complex cases. On-site machine QA primarily in the Southeast US.
